Key responsibilities

Devise a comprehensive testing strategy that covers all aspects of the organization affected by Basel 4, including risk assessment, capital calculation, data management, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing plans, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy calculations, to ensure the organization’s readiness for Basel 4 compliance.
Provide consultation to Production Team for Pre-production.
Development of Data Controls and Governance to improve reporting accuracy.
Keep Track of Defects and Highlight risks on time for remediation.

Role requirements

10+ years of experience required.
In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, risk management principles, and financial products.
Experience with previous Basel compliance (e.g., Basel II, Basel III) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
