Our client is a global bank with a strong presence in Singapore and the APAC region. They are looking for an experienced Data Governance & Privacy Management to join their team. This is a newly created role under the bank’s Data division. The candidate will need to be well verse in function on the regulatory risks and compliance obligations associated with the use of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”)

Key responsibilities

Is knowledgeable on national and international AI regulations and standards, and develop strategies to ensure company-wide compliance such as MAS MAS FEAT Principles, HKMA BDAI Principles etc.
Lead the development of AI governance policies, guidelines, and best practices that align with industry standards and regulations. Ensure these policies are integrated into AI development processes.
Is familiar with current AI trends, AI tools & technologies. Has hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions, from project inception to deployment.

Role requirements

Has over 10 years of experience working on Data Governance, Data Security/Privacy management. It will be a plus if the candidate as worked in financial service sector before.

Have over 8 years of experience of advising on data protection / privacy impact assessments, third party risk assessments or cyber-security risk assessments.
