Our client is a Singapore-headquartered organization and a leading player in its field.

Here is an opportunity to join them to head the HR Shared Services function and be part of their dynamic HR team. This role will lead a team to provide HR operational support across the entire employee life cycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and prompt delivery of HR services in accordance with agreed SLA and timelines.
  • Conduct regular meetings such as promotion review and performance appraisal exercises.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to achieve operational excellence.
  • Be the key point of contact to address escalated HR issues and conflicts.
  • Partner closely with broader HR team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational support with HR policy and standards.

Role requirements

  • In depth experience of managing the employee life cycle, with previous experience in HR operations or Shared Services.
  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations.
  • Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail.
  • A flexible and open-minded working style and customer-centric mentality.
  • Highly developed people manager skills and the ability to coach and nurture a sizeable team.
