  • Design and implement a holistic cross-selling and upselling strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company’s business goals and customer segmentation.
  • Achieving revenue growth and optimizing customer value by implementing highly effective cross-selling and upselling tactics.
  • Recognizing chances to provide current policyholders with supplementary insurance products and services, thereby elevating customer retention rates and broadening the company’s market presence.

Role requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Insurance sector
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating the capacity to influence and engage with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
  • Proficient grasp of customer segmentation and adeptness in employing targeted marketing strategies tailored to specific channels and touchpoints.
