Senior Manager (Technical Services, Property Management)

We are recruiting for a Property Management expert to join the Group level and you will serve as an in-house technical consultant for all technical support and advisory matters to review building defects, conversion works across all asset portfolios.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

Responsible for all building defects and conversion projects for property portfolio to achieve assets objectives and standards.
Liaise with in house technical team, external consultants and contractors and propose solutions for improvement works, maintenance of building facilities and systems.
Review consultant’s work for functionality development and building operations.
Responsible for budget and expenditure of both OPEX/ CAPEX projects.
Constantly looking at new initiatives/ automation for cost saving & energy efficiency across all asset portfolios.

To be eligible for this role you will require

A degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
15 years of experience in property management, Project Management and integrated fit out projects.
Certified FSM is highly advantageous.
Good communication skill to manage multi-stakeholders and ability to run projects & operations concurrently.
