Senior Manager ( Change Management & Transformation)

Our client is a global bank with a strong presence in Singapore and the APAC region. They are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Change Management & Transformation to join their team. This is a newly created role under the bank’s Audit division. This role will involve you to work on more complex audits such as cross-functional and multi-location high risk audits and will also provide you with the opportunities to interact and engage with both Group and Country Stakeholders. Open to candidates with no Audit experience but has a strong background in Change Management and transformation.

Key responsibilities

  • Strong background in audit (with a focus on Change delivery and Agile concepts) with 7 years of experience preferably in the Banking and Financial services industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in Change Management (e.g., Project Management Planning, Agile Practitioner) is preferred. Candidates with no audit experience but with strong Change / Project Management experience can be considered.
  • Excellent writing and articulation skills to succinctly communicate complicated technical issues in business terms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining credibly effective working relationships with counterparts in Group Internal Audit and business stakeholders.
  • High degree of responsibility, self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collect and objectively analyze and apply information, “thinking out of the box” where necessary, in supporting the planning, fieldwork or reporting of results of audit engagements.
  • Displays initiative and knows when and how to seek guidance. Willingness and capacity to learn on the job.
  • Attention to detail and curiosity. Strong analytical skills and eager to learn.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s or university degree in any related discipline.
  • Professional Audit Certification (CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP etc) and experience in executing a risk-based Audit Methodology, or a similar methodological approach.
  • Professional Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) in Change Management preferred.
