Finance Manager

Key responsibilities

• Generate precise and punctual financial reports, encompassing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) activities.
• Scrutinize, align, and analyze sales revenue and expenses, monitoring cash deposits and bank statements.
• Identify, maintain, and enhance financial accounting processes and administrative procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and disclosures, adhering to relevant accounting standards.
• Explore avenues to enhance profitability.
• Process and review company payments.
• Establish and uphold a meticulous filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Lead, instigate, or participate in implementing changes to procedures, policies, and systems, facilitating business expansion, compliance, and scalability.
• Update and manage the accounting system.
• Aid management in making informed financial decisions.
