Key responsibilities

Establish the technical requirements, objectives, timings, and resource allocation necessary to achieve the program objectives, provide timely communications regarding significant issues and developments.
Collaborate with the product & platform team, design engineering, data onboarding, and data governance teams to gain a deep understanding of data requirements and ensure their effective execution through collaboration.
Manage a team of employees and contractors located in multiple states and across various disciplines, monitor the daily progress of the project team and serve as a mentor to PMO and other project members.

Role requirements

10+ years of extensive experience in managing large-scale, time-sensitive data office projects or program management that span multiple geographic regions.
Possession of industry-standard certifications, such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master and exposure to leading data products within the industry is advantageous.
Comprehensive understanding of Financial Services Data Office Operations and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint is preferred.
Proactive self-starter with exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of effective communication at various organizational levels.
