Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 12 talent acquisition professionals, guiding them in sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates.
  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy for technology professionals within the fintech sector, with a particular emphasis on fintech product companies.
  • Utilize a wide range of channels and tools to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber tech talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technology leaders to understand their specific needs and tailor the recruitment process accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the fintech sector, promoting [Indian Bank] Fintech as an attractive destination for tech professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes and tools.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant exposure to fintech product firms. Experience with startups is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in hiring niche technology candidates with a strong understanding of fintech products and services.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • In-depth knowledge of current employment laws and regulations in India.
