Our client is an established consumer product retail company with over a decade of presence in Hong Kong. They are expanding their retail initiatives and looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to identify business opportunities, motivate the team, and help our client achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Report to Executive Director of HK.
  • Identify business opportunities.
  • Motivate team and drive growth.
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to drive retail performance.
  • Work together with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Operations team to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Motivate sales team via KPI assessment and coaching.
  • P&L ownership and annual budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain partnership with various stakeholders and distributors.
  • Perform sales analysis and forecasts. Identify and propose new business opportunities for additional revenue stream.

Role requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in retail at managerial capacity, and track record of strong business development.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge in budgeting, and P&L.
  • Public speaking, presentation, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner.
  • Capable of addressing challenges and offer solutions with flexibility and an open mind.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) required.
