This role is based in Mumbai and plays a crucial part in our commitment to maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring compliance with all labor and legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

Employee Relations:

Ensure timely handling of Grievance and Discipline Requests.
Coach and train managers and employees.
Develop robust ER systems.

Labour Relations:

Develop Labor Relations Strategy.
Lead negotiations with government affiliates.
Manage court cases and compliance.

Legal Compliance:

Stay updated on labor statutes.
Ensure compliance with labor-related acts.
Manage returns and audits.

Pan India Responsibilities:

Manage outsourced labor matters and grievances.
Handle end-to-end ER-Legal processes.
Represent the organization before authorities.

Role requirements

Candidates from Pharma or FMCG only apply.
Post-Graduation in HR or Legal, with advanced degrees or certifications.
15-18 years of ER/IR experience.
Strong communication and discretion.
Expertise in Employee Relations Principles.
