This role is based in Mumbai and plays a crucial part in our commitment to maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring compliance with all labor and legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

Employee Relations:

  • Ensure timely handling of Grievance and Discipline Requests.
  • Coach and train managers and employees.
  • Develop robust ER systems.

Labour Relations:

  • Develop Labor Relations Strategy.
  • Lead negotiations with government affiliates.
  • Manage court cases and compliance.

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay updated on labor statutes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor-related acts.
  • Manage returns and audits.

Pan India Responsibilities:

  • Manage outsourced labor matters and grievances.
  • Handle end-to-end ER-Legal processes.
  • Represent the organization before authorities.

Role requirements

  • Candidates from Pharma or FMCG only apply.
  • Post-Graduation in HR or Legal, with advanced degrees or certifications.
  • 15-18 years of ER/IR experience.
  • Strong communication and discretion.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations Principles.
