This role is based in Mumbai and plays a crucial part in our commitment to maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring compliance with all labor and legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate current and future staffing requirements in alignment with our business strategy and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment operations, offering insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to comprehend their hiring needs and devise recruitment plans to fulfill those needs.
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition leads and recruiters, providing coaching and guidance to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Create and execute successful recruiting strategies for diverse roles and levels across various geographical locations.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the recruitment team, establish clear goals, and provide coaching and feedback to facilitate professional growth.
  • Apply strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align talent acquisition with business objectives and identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Experience in consulting or coaching in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting is advantageous.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and diverse talent pools.
  • Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process for top-level executives, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.

Role requirements

  • Candidates from Telecom/Pharma/Consumer domains with hands on experience in Bulk/volume hiring for Rural areas to apply.
  • Post-Graduation in HR
  • 15-18 years in TA space.
  • Strong communication and discretion.
  • Candidates with expertise in working with shorter TAT preferred.
