Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of surfactant ingredients to the personal care, home care and industrial portfolio.
  • Manage direct sales to producers and distributors.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to accomplish growth targets.
  • Promote and execute sales & marketing activities.
  • Liaise with customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building as well as developing new clients.
  • Any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Role requirements

  • A good Bachelor’s degree, preferably in General Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent.
  • At least 5-10 years of sales experience in surfactant industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in SLS, SLES, ethoxylates, etc. will be preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with people from all levels and good negotiator.
  • Self-starter, proactive and has initiative.
  • Dynamic, focused, and resilient.
  • Regional travel is required.
