Key responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize ROI, including bid management, targeting optimization, and creative testing.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and actionable insights.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss performance, and strategy, and explore opportunities for growth.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
