Our client is a well- established and leading Real Estate Development business in multiple geographies globally.

They looking to hire a HRIS Manager and this role will focus on improvement to the current HRIS and operating systems, employing best practices to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and an IT/system implementation partner to develop and execute an HR technology strategy, including an innovative SAPSuccessFactors initiative, to deliver technology-driven solutions for business requirements.
  • Take charge of overseeing the implementation of HR transformation projects, focusing on the automation and optimization of HR processes.
  • Act as a bridge between the HR function and the IT/system implementation partner for HR technology projects and ongoing improvements.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency of existing systems and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the IT/system implementation partner for configuration, testing, user guides, and end-to-end process optimization within the HR domain.
  • Instill discipline and metrics across HR systems and processes, aiming to create a streamlined, efficient, and replicable experience for end users.
  • Lead HR analytics and data insights initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage a team responsible for tasks related to systems and processes.
  • Generate reports and presentations for senior management, addressing issues related to systems and processes.

Role requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computing or relevant degree
  • At least 10 – 12 years of HRIS experience or system enhancement roles
  • Proficient in SAP – Successfactors, with End to End implementation experience and Success Factors modular upgrades
  • Strong people management, leadership, communication and analytical skills
