My client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to contribute to the overall success.

  • Ensure effective communication of product features and benefits to the target audience.
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and ROI to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the agribusiness or FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian market and agribusiness sector.
