Regional Accountant

Key responsibilities

• Process day-to-day transactions and book-keeping duties in accounting system, including GL, AR, AP, employee reimbursements and intercompany journals
• Support month-end closing activities, including but not limited to: perform bank account reconciliations, prepare balance sheet schedules and monthly accrual journals
• Review accounting entries processed by country finance to ensure consistent accounting treatment across the group
• Assist with preparation of documentation and schedules to fulfill audit and taxation requirements
• Propose and document correct account entries and processes for operational / business activities that flow to accounting system
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
