Key responsibilities

You have a strong technical background with a career journey which encompasses Software Development or Testing and eventually transitioning into a Tech Project manager role.
You are an authority in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and have experience in redefining a team from a waterfall approach to an Agile product development way of working.
Capability to understand and speak software engineers’ language and understand the wider context of their work.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to influence behavior among your peers and the development teams.
Personal demeanour that is in sync with the following values: proactivity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
PMP certification, SAFe certification and/or Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred.
Good to have Azure Cloud is a good to have skill. Microsoft Certified: Azure – Fundamentals Exam AZ-900 and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer – Associate Exam AZ-204.

Role requirements

Overall, 10-13 years of experience.
3+ years in the management of complex technical projects.
8+ years of development experience as part of an Agile team.
Primary skills: Java, Spring Boot, SCRUM, Safe Agile, Automation testing, SaaS Multi-Tenant, Hibernate, Junit, REST API’s Swagger, JIRA, Confluence.
Good to have: Cloud vendor experience, including Azure, AWS, and GCP (Preferably Azure).
