Contracts Analyst (Commodities)

Key responsibilities

• Verifying and validating transactions within the System for consistency.
• Ensuring timely and accurate updates of deals in the system to reflect any changes.
• Drafting contracts for Crude and/or products for internal review.
• Distributing contracts post-approval.
• Recording contracts and associated amendments in the system.
• Keeping master templates up to date as required.
• Assessing and responding to contracts received from counterparties.
• Updating contract-related Excel worksheets/Power BI reports.
• Creating tender offers as necessary.
• Coordinating with Finance/Legal/Demurrage departments on contract wording and terminology.
• Evaluating counterparties’ general terms and conditions.
