Key responsibilities

Hiring: Define headcount needs. Mature and standardize our engineering pipeline and recruiting processes.
To lead engineering team of 100+ developers and managers to work on various projects in a fast pace environment.
To implement processes that enable engineers to do their best work with high degree of quality. Improve and lead project management workflows such as sprint planning.
To lead, manage and direct Functional teams while coaching project teams on Waterfall, Agile & Scrum methodologies.
To track and manage project financials and present status to IT executives and Business stakeholders.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end delivery of the assigned project(s).

Role requirements

Techno functional Leader with 20+ years of experience from banking and products domain (product engineering).
10+ years of Technology/Development Experience with additional 10+ years on management/client facing roles.
Successful track record in growing and inspiring large global teams, with proven ability to select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop leaders and team members.
Experience running teams in an Agile or Scrum environment as well as waterfall. Proven experience building consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions at scale. Experience rapid prototyping.
Expertise in back-end, full-stack, and domain-driven development including object-oriented programming and large systems design.
Knowledge/experience with multiple technologies like Java, Oracle PL/SQL, .Net, DevOps, Front end development technologies, Testing.
Project Management, Service Delivery & Client Relations management expertise.
Exposure to P&L management, pre-sales and growing the business.
Experience working with a global, matrix environment with multicultural teams.
