Senior Manager Organization Development

Our client is a global financial technology and professional services firm who is in search of a potential Organization Development candidate for their Human Capital team in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

This person will be involved in establishing strategy and programs for their international offices and will work with the Head of Human Capital for international office.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver OD and change management strategies and interventions that further the firm’s goal as a high performing organization.
  • Support specific performance improvement initiatives including critically analyzing current programs, establishing best-practice processes, a 360-degree feedback process.
  • Help design the firm’s approach to talent development and succession planning.
  • Oversee all operational aspects involved in OD and Training.
  • Support other firm wide initiatives as focused on building a culture of high performance, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • Prepare materials that focus on employee development including coaching, mentoring, bespoke training needs.

Role requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in organization development with experience in training strongly preferred.
  • Should have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be an assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a critical thinking mind is essential.
  • Experience in strategic work in OD such as Organisation designing, succession planning, Organisation structure, Change Management.
  • Experience in technology related OD programs.
  • Business Partnering role with high OD role.
  • L&D and now in OD role.
  • Global exposure.
  • Worked with Industries with global business (no traditional business).
  • OD person from technology perspective.
  • Decent B school.
