Key responsibilities

Identification of business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solving for them using business, statistical and data analysis to make strategic recommendations.
Conceptualize and develop world class data products that typically leverage Machine Learning applied on structured and unstructured data.
Developing frameworks, hypotheses, tests, analysis, and options, scoping operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts, and developing a monitoring plan.
Working closely with business leaders across all businesses and geographies.

Role requirements

1-10 years of experience in managing data driven decision making and problem-solving roles. Exposure to working on large data sets along with Machine Learning and quantitative analytics is mandatory.
Degree in B. Tech/ MBA/ Statistics/ Economics from premier institutes like Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Management, Indian Institute of Science, and Indian Statistical Institute
The incumbent should display strong problem-solving skills along with intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with strong interpersonal skills is a must have.
