Key responsibilities

The management of the Shareholder Services teams within the department
Drive Change and Transformation Initiative for Shareholder Services
Ensuring delivery of the services to internal and external clients within prescribed timeframes with a high level of quality
Fostering a client mindset throughout the team
Ensuring day to day operations are efficient
Drive strong risk culture and control awareness
Develop talents and create a strong succession pipeline
Create Change Affinity through process improvement mindset

Role requirements

10 years in Financial Industry with at least 6 years in Fund/Trust Services
Operational Management experience with at least 5 years of management experience
Good knowledge about Fund/Trust Industry and Financial Markets in general
Prior exposure to Operational Risk and the corresponding risk monitoring tools
Experience in leading Change and Transformation will be valuable advantage
University Degree or equivalent
