Our client is a global financial technology and professional services firm who is in search of a potential Organization Development candidate for their Human Capital team in Hyderabad/Bangalore/NCR.

This person will be involved in executing Organization Design and Talent Development strategy and programs for our international offices.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver OD and Training interventions that further the firm’s goal as a high performing organization
  • Provide support for change management initiatives to drive effective acceptance of OD/TD interventions, including education and communication to staff
  • Assist in identifying the development needs of different teams and individuals by engaging with the managers and the leaders.
  • Prepare materials/programs that focus on employee development including coaching, mentoring, bespoke training needs
  • Manage execution of all operational aspects involved in OD and Training
  • Support firm wide initiatives as focused on building a culture of high performance, diversity, and inclusivity
  • Support new hire onboarding process to accelerate employee orientation and readiness for the role
  • Research emerging trends, contextualize the trends to the organization to ensure existence of relevant people practices and offerings
  • Track progress of all OD/TD programs by collecting data, synthesizing results, reporting on trends, and recommending actions.

Role requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in organization development with experience in training strongly preferred.
  • Should have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be an assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a critical thinking mind is essential.
