They are hiring for Financial Planning & Analyst role for their EMEA and Legal Entity reporting business in London.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with all financial processes and reporting, including actuals, budgets, and forecasts for EMEA Finance.
  • Presenting the monthly performance reports to EMEA CFO and Group Finance
  • Summarize and present financial results in a logical and consistent manner, as well as give ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Manage the month-end financial close, which involves reporting and analysis of general ledger, headcount, allocations, and expenses.
  • Recognize potential for greater process and reporting efficiencies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop financial and stress testing for yearly ICAAPs and Going Concern calculations, collaborating closely with the Risk and Regulatory departments to analyze and assess the Capital and Reporting implications.
  • Supporting team in migration of reporting systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and authenticity of data in all financial reporting and presentations.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A and reporting.
  • Certified degree from CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
  • Strong exposure to migrations & implementations of Reporting software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Strong knowledge in Excel, Alteryx, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and reporting tools like Hyperion, OneStream.
