CFO – International Trading/Financial Markets Firm

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice to the CEO on all financial aspects of business activities.
• Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities across all the business entities.
• Ensure timely consolidated financial reports across operating businesses including monthly and quarterly reports, maintain cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis for the Group.
• Lead and drive effective end-to-end financial and budget planning and analyses to support any change initiatives or process improvements that will improve the depth and efficiency of forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of financial performance of the company.
• Evaluate the short-term and long-term business activities and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the financial business performance.
• Support the CEO with fundraising and investor relations and lead the due diligence planning, preparation, and coordination process.
• Ensure tax compliance and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and statutory requirements.
