Key responsibilities

  • To provide L1 and L2 production service support for allocated projects in Wholesale production services including batch support, application support, user support, incident management, change management and automation initiatives.
  • To implement various strategies for improving operational stability, efficiency, maintainability, and support capabilities.

Role requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working as L1 and L2 support.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in UNIX and SQL.
  • Knowledge about Python and RPA Tools.
  • ITIL Certifications and AWS Certifications will be an add on.
