Our ability to source top tier female talent for our banking clients in India, across all spectrums of the back and middle office; over 50% of our India placements in 2019 and 2020 were female. In Singapore and Malaysia there has been a significant focus in building strong, local teams in recent years. We have successful placed a number of overseas Singaporeans into roles back in Singapore, 88% of our placements in 2019 and 2020 have been filled by Singaporeans or PR’s.
We provide detailed market reports for our key clients across the market. These include regular market updates from specialist areas on trends or activities happening in our markets across Asia, as well as spot reports requested from clients on specific market activity, compensation information and noise in the market in advance of bonuses payments etc. As a paid service, we can also conduct detailed candidate and competitor market mapping exercises in advance of potential hiring activity.
From our Hong Kong office, we have been instrumental with a number of growth clients, to help them unearth senior candidates who have transformed the face of the business, particularly within the Fintech, Funds and Professional Services space.
