Key responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence within the on-trade sector.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Promotional Activities: Organize and execute promotional events and tastings to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for management review.

Role requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in wine sales industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • WSET Level 2 or 3 Certificate is desirable
