Key responsibilities

Ensure timely allocation, clearing, and acceptance of top-day trades while resolving issues related to internal system feeds and processes.
Work closely with internal teams such as the brokers. Handle queries and assist the Brokerage Department while maintaining effective communication across business areas.
Perform deal entry into in-house and external exchange systems, set up and oversee counterparty commission rates.
Report back to the OTC department head on any issues when necessary.

Role requirements

Diploma in Finance, Economics or Business.
Background in settlements and support within a broking/ trading environment.
Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Experience with trade matching systems will be a plus.
