• Update stakeholders, including senior management, on project status and risks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
• Guide and motivate project teams, including IT staff and business analysts.
• Define project goals and deliverables that align with company objectives.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate resources and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Help develop and implement project plans that support business goals.
• Set performance metrics to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Oversee external vendors to ensure they meet service levels.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors; present to senior management.
• Lead technical reviews and troubleshoot system issues.
• Ensure business systems are reliable and respond quickly to problems.
• Manage budget, contract renewals, and technology planning for the team.
• Assist with regulatory audits for gaming systems.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Cloud teams for proper system support.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
