Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design and execute sourcing strategies across both Technology and Non-Technology functions, with a strong focus on passive talent.
  • Identify, engage, and present high-quality, pre-screened candidates while building proactive talent pipelines aligned to workforce planning needs.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing channels and market intelligence while ensuring accurate ATS / CRM management and a strong candidate experience.

Role requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in agency and/or in-house recruitment, with exposure to sourcing for both Tech and Non-Tech roles in complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search, market mapping, and creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms and talent communities.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in business tools and ATS systems (Workday preferred), and the ability to generate talent market insights.
