Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance data controls and testing frameworks to ensure non-financial regulatory reporting is complete, accurate, and timely (e.g. Hong Kong Disclosure of Interests).
  • Maintain robust data lineage and traceability, leveraging automation wherever possible.
  • Execute end-to-end testing (UAT, production parallel runs, post-release) to validate reporting accuracy, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable, audit-ready solutions.
  • Lead and manage strategic operational change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness, assessing impacts across people, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and subject-matter experts to align operational outcomes with the bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring they are clearly communicated, understood, and adopted.
  • Define, track, and enhance KPIs to measure business performance, using data and technology to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all change initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, training, and coaching to stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.

Role requirements

  • Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements, including Large Holdings /Substantial Holdings Disclosures
  • Proven experience delivering change through the full project management lifecycle within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to distil complex issues into clear, compelling messages.
