Key responsibilities

Participate (lead / support) in key projects across the organization, making sure they are kept on track and delivered to a high quality
Communicate with the Business Leaders providing them with data and insights in order to facilitate executive decision making
Conduct rigorous financial analysis of new and existing investments, build comprehensive financial models to determine and improve the capital efficiency
Contribute to other ad-hoc tasks

Role requirements

8+ years of experience Strategy roles gained from top-tier Management Consulting firms coupled with commercial experience from in-house Strategy teams OR IB / Corporate Finance background is a MUST
Exposure to Real Estate / Property / Hospitality / Tech sectors is ideal
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to face senior stakeholders and presents information concisely
Commercial and business minded personality, team player
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
