This role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning programs that enhance workforce capabilities and align with business objectives.

Role requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in talent development, leadership training or organizational learning.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence learning culture.
  • Expertise in program management, learning frameworks and data analysis.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for innovation in learning & development.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to drive measurable outcomes.
