Key responsibilities

Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement that can be enhanced through data solutions and AI adoption to support growth strategies.
Experienced project manager with expertise in data and AI.
Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive AI/Data Solutions and Strategies for the bank.
Establish and standardize best practices for the AI and data project lifecycle and process flows.

Support the bank in implementing comprehensive AI/Data Solutions and Strategies that deliver measurable benefits.

Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution.
Collaborate closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities.
Partner with IT and data scientists to design and implement AI and data solutions.

Provide timely and high-quality AI/Data Solutions and Strategies to internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the bank, executing duties with integrity.
Follow established risk control guidelines and procedures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with daily operations.

Role requirements

Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Project & Data Management from recognized establishments in financial services and/ or Fintech related industries
Solid experience in banking and finance, preferably with university graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science/ Statistics or a related discipline
Strong knowledge on industry leading data management practices
Strong knowledge on business and operation models of banking, with thorough understanding on the local regulatory environment
Strong knowledge on data management and analysis, strategic design and implementation
Experienced in establishing and monitoring of AI/ Data Strategies and Projects, which managing large scale projects is an advantage
Knowledge in data & AI modeling would be a plus
Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent problem solving and presentation skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
