Key responsibilities

  • Leasing Operations: Manage all leasing activities, including identifying potential tenants, negotiating terms, and overseeing the contract process.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both prospective and existing tenants to guarantee satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
  • Networking Opportunities: Participate in industry events and functions to promote the company and generate leads
  • Contract Management: Supervise the lease contract process, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for current tenants, addressing inquiries and leasing-related concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial leasing or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of leasing processes and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
