Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Craft and define the house brands’ direction in line with international brand positioning and strategic business unit goals.
  • Establish Omni-channel marketing plans (Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce, Rent-to-Own) across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute online and in-store marketing strategies, including new product launches, signature products, and product refreshes.
  • Create a clear, consistent, and valuable consumer experience aimed at achieving consumer acquisition, retention, traffic, and revenue goals.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising initiatives, ranging from creative influence to business strategy.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams to ensure smooth function flow, build relationships with strategic partners, and make decisions based on data analysis.
  • Build the company’s PR strategy and select ideal communication channels.
  • Partner with the Consumer Services Team to maximize consumer satisfaction.
  • Establish brand identity and ensure alignment with the brand’s purpose.
  • Lead the team in identifying and analyzing consumer and market insights and share findings with the regional team to align product development with country-specific needs.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Technology, or related fields. A Master’s in Marketing or Management is a plus.
  • Over 15 years of experience in marketing.
  • Previous experience as a CMO or in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing events.
  • Experience in developing and implementing both digital and non-digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of various business analytics platforms.
