Our client is a large global technology with a strong footprint in the Region and are currently looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team in Hong Kong and run financial due diligence for the transactions.

Key responsibilities

Handling pre-transaction work, providing the Investments team with the all-round support on financial due diligence, financial risk analysis, financial modelling throughout asset trading process
Assist with the transactions’ execution
Handle post-transaction work including post-investment management, post-merger integrations, etc.

Role requirements

3+ years of PQE in Audit, Financial Due Diligence and Financial Reporting gained from Big 4 AN/OR Investment Management companies
Audit experience gained from Big 4 (specifically in FS industry covering Investment Management clients) is a massive advantage
Strong knowledge of HKFRS, IFRS, PRC GAAP and other international reporting standards
Agility, open-mindedness and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
