Customer Success Manager

Our client is a regional IT services provider that recently launched a SaaS E-Invoicing solution to meet Malaysia’s LHDN compliance requirements. Now operating locally, they are recognised by MDEC and the Minister as a top E-Invoicing provider and are a certified MYDigital company.

Role:

We are looking for young dynamic and also seasoned sales personally to fill the 5 new vacancies, as Customer Success Managers. Fresh graduates, and those with 1 to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Those with strong can-do attitude, open to learn and grow and deeply interested to serve Malaysian SME companies and key to be part of a high-performance winning culture are encouraged to apply.

The role will be demanding but also rewarding. The role pays a very competitive basic salary, some allowances and an excellent sales incentive plan.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing and digital marketing team to follow through on leads that have been assigned and progress them well to eventual customer wins.
  • Comfortable to share data with key team members, and make decision with data
  • Develop skills to understand customers deeply and learn the skills to progress leads via the various sales stages and be disciplined in using and updating the key information required in the company’s chosen CRM system.
  • The role also requires one to be innovative and take independent initiatives to drive and uncover promising new prospects and help generate more good quality leads and eventually leading them to more customer wins.
  • This is a SAAS solution, and this role requires a deep interest in the customer business and industry issues; pertaining to our solution that indirectly drives good usage.
  • The customer success manager will also be the chief relationship manager for their customers and would also contribute in identifying suitable customers for references and testimonials too and assist in the NPS programme we would roll out.

Role requirements

  • 1 to 4 years experience in sales, telemarketing, pre-sales or consulting or customer success roles and any roles with strong and good prospecting to customer wins.
  • Bachelor degree in any field ( encouraged but not mandatory, individuals with lesser paper qualification but great attitude, experience and can do attitude are also encouraged to apply)
  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills
  • Passions and interest in staying informed and being knowledgable about a given industry segment and SME and start-ups businesses.
  • Comfortable in using Microsft office tools such as power point, excel, word etc and other IT collaborative tools.
  • Great can do attitude, interest to help and contribute to the SME segment businesses in Malaysia and enjoys  winning in the marketplace and gaining new customers.
