Data Engineer/ Architect (AWS Bedrock)

A leading organization is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with around 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, SQL, and AWS, along with exposure to AWS Bedrock. Proficiency in Snowflake and Data Build Tool (dbt) is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Optimize and manage data storage solutions, ensuring high performance and security.
Work with structured and unstructured data, transforming it into usable formats for analytics and business intelligence.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Utilize AWS services, including AWS Bedrock, to develop and deploy data solutions.
Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake and manage workflows using dbt.
Continuously improve data engineering processes, leveraging automation and best practices.

Role requirements

Around 5 years in data engineering or a related field.
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS and exposure to AWS Bedrock.
Data Warehousing & ETL: Experience with Snowflake and dbt is a plus.
Data Processing: Experience in building scalable data pipelines and handling large datasets.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data challenges and optimize workflows.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
