Director / Associate Director – Recruitment (Accounting & Finance)

Key responsibilities

• Operate independently within the niche sector, managing candidates and clients while driving business development and creating opportunities for the team and other business streams.
• Consistently generate own revenue stream and promote cross-selling opportunities across The Edge Partnership’s services.
• Lead and manage a small team across one or more business lines, while mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Handle complex negotiations effectively through various communication channels, ensuring positive commercial outcomes.
• Work closely with national and international colleagues to share insights and updates on clients, candidates, and market opportunities.
