Key responsibilities

Lead activities across finance, focusing on Performance Management, Cost Management, Corporate Plan, and digitization support.
Govern and deliver comprehensive business performance reporting and analytics, ensuring alignment and standardization.
Drive change journey by developing strategy, prioritizing global processes, and implementing digital reporting solutions.
Define and execute global processes for Finance functions, establish CoEs, and optimize organization structure.
Lead, inspire, and develop teams, ensuring effective risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Role requirements

15+ years’ work experience in Business Finance, Client and Sales performance management and FP&A.
Have a sound knowledge of the right-shoring model (preferably with a financial services background).
Should have strong experience in implementation of strategic changes to performance management processes, systems and data.
Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information.
The ability to lead and develop a team as well as work effectively with senior management levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in working directly with clients.
