Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring hiring strategies, processes, and workforce planning initiatives are aligned with the organisation’s business priorities
  • Drive the development and enhancement of recruitment policies, systems, and processes to support efficient, consistent, and high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Lead and provide thought leadership across Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning initiatives
  • Drive organisational development and change management initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, employee experience, organisational effectiveness, and change readiness, while strengthening leadership pipelines and succession capabilities for key business-critical roles
  • Partner closely with senior leadership teams to provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and develop progressive employee relations policies and practices that foster a positive, fair, and high-performing workplace culture

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with at least 15 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success leading large-scale organisational transformation initiatives, with strong expertise across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Talent Management
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing HR teams within large, complex, and matrixed organisations will be highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the agility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
