In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of the company, leveraging your expertise in market analysis and business intelligence, to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with senior management by providing actionable insights that guide critical decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that align market trends with the company’s business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to uncover key trends, potential risks, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making across various departments.
  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives that support the organization’s long-term objectives, working cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape, market shifts, and consumer behaviour.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and foster collaboration on strategic projects.

Role requirements

  • MBA or a Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, market research, or related fields, ideally within large, complex multinational organizations.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, strategic frameworks, and analytical tools to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
