Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete delivery of the Performance Management workstream, serving as the primary liaison for the business regarding requirements, methodologies, and the integration of forecasting and analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with various global Treasury and business stakeholders to identify their needs, transform these into clear requirements or user stories, establish the scope and methodologies, and work alongside data engineers and developers to ensure the final solution is suitable and seamlessly integrated into existing business processes.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key global Treasury and business stakeholders to grasp their needs and challenges, synthesizing this information to define business requirements and the anticipated benefits.
  • Provide regular forecasts for Corporate Planning and Outlook, ensuring accuracy and explaining any changes effectively.
  • Manage the BAU backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-priority tasks.
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to swiftly address urgent requests through rapid analysis and prototyping.

Role requirements

  • Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in Treasury / Treasury Transformation within large financial institutions.
  • A degree in Finance/Mathematics/Statistics and CFA/FRM qualification(s).
  • Expertise in one the following areas such as Treasury PnL, IRRBB, GIM/NIM analysis, FTP, and/or Capital/RWA, particularly with an emphasis on forecasting and simulation.
  • A strong understanding of balance sheet structures, financial data, and regulatory metrics.
  • Familiarity with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., SAP/SAC, Dataiku, MicroStrategy, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
