Documentation Executive (Trading Operations)

Key responsibilities

• ISDA Confirmations Management: Draft, review, and manage ISDA confirmations and associated documentation for complex equity derivative transactions.
• Dispute Resolution: Identify and escalate confirmation disputes promptly to internal stakeholders, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and support the newly established documentation team in India by providing training and guidance on best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Regulatory Reporting: Perform manual regulatory trade reporting for equity derivative transactions as needed.
• Process Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at streamlining documentation processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
