Key responsibilities

Work & align with global and regional team to create effective & engaging curriculum for local market covering classroom, on-line and digital modules
Develop and implement education & training programs to enhance Makeup Artists’ product knowledge, make-up skills and customer service level to achieve sales goals
Evaluate and review performance of makeup artists/ beauty advisors
Participate in events & activities to build brand awareness, retain customer loyalty and acquire new customers
Contribute to in-store sales via elevated services and experience

Role requirements

Degree qualified with a minimum of 8 year’ experience in the beauty/ cosmetics industry in a training / retail sales capacity, out of which at least 2 years in managerial function
Solid experience in both classroom training and field coaching
Strong knowledge of the latest beauty products and make up trends
Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong visual storytelling ability
Creative, proactive, and passionate about make up/ beauty products with
Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
