Key responsibilities

  • Provide trade support by drafting, reviewing, and managing ISDA confirmations and documentation for OTC Equity Derivatives, Listed Warrants, Securities Lending & Borrowing, and Repo transactions.
  • Partner with legal and business teams to support counterparty onboarding and business growth through confirmation template management and MCA negotiations.
  • Manage and escalate confirmation disputes and exceptions in a timely manner while mentoring and supporting the documentation team in India.
  • Perform manual regulatory trade reporting for equity derivative transactions as required.

Role requirements

  • Over 2 years of relevant experience in financial services documentation or market operations, with exposure to equity derivatives and ISDA confirmations preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while working under strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), with experience using automation or robotic tools viewed as an advantage.
