Our client, a prominent global professional services provider, is growing its ESG Consulting arm and is looking for a dynamic individual to join them in their expansion.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with practice leaders to deliver significant climate & sustainability/ESG advisory projects, covering areas such as reporting, governance, and project execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio, leading multiple projects and providing ESG advisory services such as climate risk assessments, materiality evaluations, industry analysis, and benchmarking to enhance sustainability strategies.
  • Support clients in developing and implementing reporting frameworks aligned with international standards, while leading process improvement initiatives within the ESG Reporting Service Line.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports with key findings and actionable recommendations, conduct sustainability assessments, and develop customized ESG strategies across various industries, staying updated on sustainability trends, regulations, and technologies.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG advisory roles, preferably in a consulting environment with exposure to financial institutions.
  • Proven ability to clearly translate recommendations into reports, presentations, and proposals, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of sustainability topics such as SGX, GRESB, ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD, GHG Protocol, and sustainability practices within financial institutions.
